Kim Swallow Solicitor

Meet Kimberley Swallow

Kim is an experienced solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing, with a strong reputation for delivering a high standard of client care and technical excellence in every transaction she handles.

She graduated from the University of South Wales in 2015, where she completed both her Law degree and the Legal Practice Course. Following her academic training, Kim secured a training contract in 2016 with a reputable law firm in Newport, gaining broad experience in various areas of law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018.

Although she initially gained experience in Wills and Probate, Kim soon developed a keen interest and strong aptitude in Residential Conveyancing. Since qualifying, she has focused exclusively on this area, handling a wide range of property matters with efficiency and precision. Her caseload includes complex transactions such as high-rise leasehold properties, shared ownership arrangements, Help to Buy purchases, and new-build developments. Kim is particularly skilled at guiding first-time buyers through the conveyancing process, offering clear and practical advice at every stage.

In 2019, Kim was awarded the Chwarae Teg ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills, recognising her commitment to professional development and her leadership capabilities within a team environment.

Kim joined Robertsons in 2022 and has quickly become a valued member of the Residential Property team. Her dedication to continuous learning and excellence in practice was further demonstrated when she achieved the Residential Property Advanced Accreditation in 2024, an acknowledgment of her advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.

Kim works across both our Park Place (Cardiff) and Newport offices, providing flexible access for clients in South Wales. Known for her approachable manner and attention to detail, she is committed to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

In addition to her legal work, Kim plays an active role in the firm’s culture and wellbeing initiatives as a member of the Robertsons Social Committee. Her leadership and team involvement were formally recognised in February 2025, when she was promoted to the position of Associate.
