Dilapidations: how much might you really owe?

A schedule of dilapidations — a landlord’s end-of-lease claim for repairs — is often pitched far higher than what a tenant actually ends up paying. This checker helps you see which factors could reduce or cap that claim. It will not give you a figure, but it will show you where the real questions lie.

Question 1
This is general information, not legal advice. A dilapidations claim turns on the exact wording of your lease, the condition of the property and expert survey and valuation evidence, so this tool only helps you see which factors may matter.
