Can you appeal to the Education Tribunal for Wales?

Wales has its own system for additional learning needs — the ALN Act 2018, with Individual Development Plans instead of the old Statements. If a decision has gone against your child (or against you, if you're a young person), there's often a right of appeal — but only some decisions qualify, and the clock is tight.
