Rhian is a leading child care solicitor known for her compassionate approach and impressive track record in care proceedings. She studied law at the University of Wales Aberystwyth and the Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law and qualified in 1998. Rhian joined Robertsons in June 2016 and is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, with Higher Courts Advocacy Rights. Her practice encompasses the representation of children, parents, and extended family members, as well as acting for local authorities in public law proceedings. The majority of Rhian’s work is representing children in court cases in which she receives instructions from CAFCASS Cymru. Rhian has earned a reputation as a highly skilled and dedicated child care solicitor. Rhian works from our Park Place office.

Rhian is a trustee for Cancer Research Wales. In 2022, she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro raising vital funds for the charity, which aims to improve cancer prevention, treatment, and research in Wales.
