About Zac

Zac is a Private Client solicitor, based at the firm’s Swansea office. He completed his law degree at the University of South Wales in 2017, went on to complete his Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2020, and qualified as a solicitor in 2021, beginning his career in private client work.

Zac advises across the full range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, and inheritance tax. He also handles Court of Protection work, including property and financial affairs deputyship applications, and drafts statutory declarations and affidavits. He is particularly known for his probate advice and estate planning, and regularly handles high-value estates with complex inheritance tax implications requiring specific, careful advice.

Direct, efficient and reassuring, Zac takes a relaxed approach that puts clients at ease, providing clear advice on every scenario and acting quickly on instructions when needed. He is drawn to this area of law by a genuine enjoyment of meeting people and supporting them through difficult times, and clients regularly thank him for his efficiency, his positive, problem-solving attitude and his direct, honest advice. Away from his own caseload, he has also spent time training junior and trainee solicitors.
