Job Description:
You will support our legal team by performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve working on reception, assisting the client manager, marketing manager and general administration team.

We are in search of a Receptionist / Assistant to provide full reception duties and work with our Client Manager & Marketing Manager team.
This is a new role and we are looking for a team member who will demonstrate great initiative. It is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to assist a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients in person and notifying the person to whom they are meeting with
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Dealing with clients on the telephone, determining which area of law to whom the client call should be referred to
- File opening procedures: Oversee and streamline the process of file opening for new clients or matters, ensuring compliance with legal and firm-specific protocols.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager: provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Assisting the Client Manager: provide administrative support to the Client Manager.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
