We are in search of a Client Manager to augment our dynamic team. This vital role involves managing and enhancing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of top-tier legal services, and playing a key part in the firm’s overall strategy for client services.

1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our legal services.
2. Business Development: Support the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s expansion by promoting its services.
3. File Opening Procedures: Oversee and streamline the process of file opening for new clients or matters, ensuring compliance with legal and firm-specific protocols.
4. Service Delivery: Supervise the provision of legal services to clients, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and adherence to legal standards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments to ensure coordinated efforts and a seamless client experience.
6. Feedback and Improvement: Actively solicit client feedback to identify improvement areas and implement strategies to elevate service quality.
7. Debt Recovery and Invoice Management: Assist in the recovery of debts and overdue invoices, ensuring effective and efficient handling of these financial matters.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, report on, and analyse client service metrics to inform strategic decision-making about service approaches.
– Demonstrable experience in client service or relationship management, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.
