Job Description:
We are seeking a Conveyancing Executive who will be instrumental in handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, supporting clients in buying, selling, and dealing with all matters related to residential and commercial property. This role requires a deep understanding of property law, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client service.

Contract Type: Full-time
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: With Immediate Effect
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review conveyancing documents, contracts, and correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
- Provide clear, timely, and professional advice to clients regarding the conveyancing process, costs, and any issues that arise.
- Liaise with mortgage lenders, estate agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of property transactions.
- Preparation of files for completion.
- Post completion duties including Land Transaction Tax returns, Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and HM Land Registry applications.
- Ensure control of work in progress and billing.
- Ensure compliance with law society regulations and best practice guidelines in all conveyancing activities.
- Use conveyancing software and case management systems effectively to track progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a conveyancing role within a law firm or similar legal setting.
- Strong understanding of the legal principles and procedures involved in conveyancing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build trust.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Proficiency in using legal case management software and standard office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
