We are delighted to announce the promotion of Rosie May-Thompson to Trainee Solicitor. Her dedication and hard work have led her to this important career milestone, and we want to extend our heartfelt congratulations from everyone at Robertsons Solicitors.
At Robertsons Solicitors, we take great pride in recognising and celebrating the achievements of our outstanding team members. Rosie May-Thompson’s progression from her initial role as a Litigation Assistant, to swiftly advancing to Litigation Executive and now securing her new position as a Trainee Solicitor, highlights her commitment to both personal and professional development.
Rosie achieved a first-class law degree from Swansea University in 2019. Shortly after graduating, she began working at a large law firm in Cardiff, where she gained valuable experience as an assistant in the personal injury department, specialising in road traffic accidents. To explore a broader range of litigation matters, Rosie joined Robertsons in 2023. To further progress her career, Rosie will be commencing her Legal Practice Course in September.
During her time at Robertsons, Rosie has made significant contributions to the firm. She played a key role in a record period of growth for the litigation department, introducing practices that have greatly benefited the team. Notably, she introduced the firm to Medserve, a charity close to her heart and ran the Rome Marathon on their behalf, raising considerable funds. In addition, Rosie organised a successful lunch & learn event, welcoming Medserve to talk about their important work, which helped raise awareness and support for the charity within the firm.
