We’re really pleased to announce that Babar Khan and Georgina Williams have both started their training contracts with Robertsons Solicitors.
Both began their journeys with us as Legal Assistants and have made a fantastic impression during their time here. Thanks to their hard work, dedication and clear passion for the law, they’ve each earned well-deserved promotions.
Babar Khan is now beginning his training in our Litigation department. He first joined the firm as a Legal Assistant, where he quickly stood out for his professionalism, strong work ethic and commitment to clients. During university, Babar undertook placements with regional law firms, gaining valuable first-hand experience in family law matters. He also had the rare privilege of marshalling with two respected judges: Briony Clarke, one of the UK’s youngest female judges, and Judge Qureshi. These experiences gave him powerful insight into the judicial process and decision-making, particularly in criminal and youth offending cases. This exposure deepened his understanding of the legal system and further cemented his aspiration to build a fulfilling and impactful legal career. Babar is also passionate about improving BAME representation in the legal profession and hopes to be a positive role model for others pursuing similar paths.
Georgina Williams has joined our Residential Property team as a Trainee Solicitor. Throughout her time as a Legal Assistant, she’s supported clients through the conveyancing process with great care and attention to detail. Georgina is also an incredibly popular member of the team and always goes above and beyond to contribute to the positive team culture at Robertsons. Her energy, warmth and enthusiasm make her a brilliant colleague and an asset to the department.
At Robertsons, we’re proud to see people progress and grow within the firm. Babar and Georgina have worked hard to reach this stage in their careers, and we’re excited to support them as they take this next big step.
