We offer our mediation service throughout all of the UK. Our fees include all travel time and travel expenses to anywhere in England & Wales. If you wish for mediation to take place in other areas of the UK, you will need to contact us to discuss
Visits to Your Premise
Alternatively, any suitable business or residential premise can be used for mediation (including solicitor’s offices). For disputes that involve a larger number of family members or multiple employees, this can be a very efficient way of conducting a session without having to arrange travel to our office or a mediation centre. When undertaking workplace disputes, this can also be a very time-efficient way of organising mediation, providing less disruption to your working day.
Using a Mediation Centre
If you can’t visit us in our office, then there are still plenty of options open to you, whether you are in Wales or require mediation services further afield. Choosing out of area mediation is very common in both civil and commercial disputes. For out of area commercial or civil meditation our mediator will travel to you for the mediation session. There are mediation rooms (whether meeting rooms in hotels or conference room in offices) located throughout the UK that we can use for mediation sessions.
Visiting Us
Our main office of operation is in Cardiff, where we provide in-house mediation facilities. We offer a mediation suite which can accommodate all types of mediation which is provided in a comfortable environment with food and drink facilities.
You can visit us at our Cardiff office for sessions in our professional mediation rooms. We can receive in-house visits for commercial and civil disputes from all over Wales (including Carmarthen, Swansea, and Bridgend), Bristol and beyond.
